Important Shipping Notes
- All delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances
- Custom handmade items may require additional processing time (3-5 business days)
- We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
- Someone must be available to receive the package during delivery hours
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
- Gift cards and digital products
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at returns@craftingnook.co.za or call +27 (0) 74 488 7383 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Package Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging. Include the RA number and original receipt.
Ship Your Return
Send the package using the provided return shipping label or your preferred courier service.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, but please specify that you'd like an exchange when contacting us.
Exchange Shipping: We'll cover return shipping costs for exchanges due to our error. For other exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refund amounts will be the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@craftingnook.co.za with photos of the damage. We will:
- Provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Expedite the replacement process
- Investigate the issue to prevent future occurrences
